On Wednesday 25 August 2010 at 7.30pm the Canberra Chapter will be holding the Annual General Meeting for the Chapter.
Where: Southern Cross Club Jamison, in the Catchpole Room - Cnr Catchpole & Bowman Streets, Macquarie
The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Elect the Canberra Chapter Convener, who will be a full voting member of the NSW Committee. This the only official position within the Chapter. Pat Rooke will NOT stand again. Nominations are called.
- Nominate unofficial positions to join the Canberra Chapter Runs Committee and Canberra Chapter Social Committee.The Runs Committee organise the monthly runs. The Social Committee organise the Xmas in July, Christmas Party and any other social occasion. Anyone wishing to be part of these committees please advise.
- Nominate the delegate to the ACT Council of Motor Clubs. We do have a nomination for this position but should there anyone else wanting to nominate, again please advise.
